Blazing Star is a side scrolling space ship shooter (or SHMUP) that rocks the iPad when combined with a joystick controller like the iCade. You need to play this game with a joystick and buttons! Hammering away on the fire button shoots, holding it down releases a powerful shot and the other button does fancy things with it (that kept getting me exploded!). Blazing Star is the sequel to Pulstar and rocks with awesome gameplay, level designs, superb visuals and catchy music.
