More evidence that the iPad mini is coming soon!

While the whole world is abuzz with anticipation of the impending availibility of the new iPhone 5, there are still many of us patiently awaiting the announcement of Apple’s next “surprise”, the introduction of the iPad mini…

As evidence of the upcoming unveiling of the newest member to the iPad line-up, Endgadget brings us the report that Taiwan’s Economic Daily News is running a front page story today, all about manufacturing company Pegatron, nabbing 50 – 60% of Apple’s iPad mini production orders away from rival production company, Foxconn, who until now has maintained dominance as the largest provider of iPad assembly.
Each company is rumored to have begun pumping out as many as five million iPad minis a month now, in preparation for a suspected mid-October announcement.

Are you excited yet? I know you aren’t if your name is Google or Amazon, but I sure am! Stay tuned to iPhone Life for more details of the new, mini iPad as they continue to surface.
